CIW China holds Annual Partner Conference
More than 65 CIW China partners and guests attended the CIW China 2007 Annual Partner Conference on August 3, 2007. The conference included guest speakers, award presentations and update announcements about the CIW China program.
Awards were given to various CIW partners and honorees for their work and contributions to the CIW China program in the last year. Mr. Pan Lei was awarded CIW best instructor and Yunnan Einsun Software College, Zhongyuan University of Technology and Beijing Vocational College of Finance and Commerce were announced as the CIW best academic partners. Yunan Einsun Software College and Beijing Trust Value Information Consulting Co., Ltd., earned best channel partner distinctions.
Dr. James Stanger, CIW Chief Certification Architect, gave a presentation entitled, "Holistic Security Perspectives and Techniques." The presentation demonstrated how the CIW Security Analyst certification program emphasizes hands-on security skills and emphasized the importance of coordination between all departments of a corporation is crucial to security issues.
