Meet your Webinar hosts:

James Stanger, Ph.D., Chief Certification Architect

James Stanger is the primary visionary, evangelist and developer for the CIW, CTP and CCNT certifications. His wide range of expertise includes certification development, curriculum design and Web design. He works closely with executives and experts from American Express, the University of Paisley, Pellissippi State, Avanya, Inter-Tel, and other global organizations to create world-class IT curriculum programs. James received his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Brigham Young University, and his doctorate degree from the University of California at Riverside.

Nancy Kuzma, Web Technologies Instructor for Careerline Tech Center in Holland, Michigan

Nancy Kuzma currently teaches Web Technologies at the Careerline Tech Center. She has been teaching CIW curriculum since 2006 and currently holds the CIW Associate and CIW Associate Design Specialist certifications as well as CIW Professional certifications in Site Designer and Server Administration. Her background includes 22 years in the IT industry, primarily with Herman Miller, Inc. Her portfolio includes project management experience with desktop management, corporate intranet launch, and e-commerce implementation. Nancy also holds a master's certification in project management.

Lisa Hotsenpiller, Business and Computers Instructor, Springs High School in Siloam Springs, Arkansas

Lisa Hotsenpiller has been a business and computers teacher at Siloam Springs High School for the past 13 years. She is a national board certified teacher and has earned the CIW Associate, CIW Professional and CIW Certified Instructor credentials, as well as full IC3 certification. She was named Arkansas Business Education Association's Secondary Teacher of the Year for 2006 and Arkansas ACTE's Teacher of the Year for 2007. She is also currently ABEA's editor and Webmaster.

Lisa Hotsenpiller
